Returns & refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 or 30 days. For the duration of 14 days you are eligible to return any product, given that the aforementioned conditions are met. On the other hand, if the purchased item is misprinted, damaged, defective or lost in transit, you are eligible for a return and refund for 30 days. If the time limis has passed since you got your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not liable for the shipping cost of the returned package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please bear in mind, that all products are printed on order and we have no lasting stock, so do your best to look at the size guide before placing an order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
